Our Facility

Cane Creek Farm  is located on 65 acres of beautiful pastureland and rolling countryside nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. We are 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 15 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport.

The Barn

Our barn has twenty-four 12’ x 12’ stalls with rubber mat floors and automatic waterers. For your convenience we have three wash stalls and two grooming bays. The wash stalls have hot and cold water and have heat lamps for those cold winter days. Flies and other insects are kept to a minimum with our natural bug spray that mists throughout the barn several times a day.

We feed an orchard grass/alfalfa mix hay that is safely stored in the hayloft. Cane Creek Farm feeds Triple Crown feed and we customize a feed plan that is best suited for your horse’s diet. All horses have water added to their feed creating a mash that aids digestion.

We bed on an as needed basis with hardwood shavings. As mentioned, all stalls have rubber mats and are cleaned twice a day.

Riding Accommodations

Cane Creek Farm has two arenas with all weather footing. We have a 300’x200′ outdoor arena and the largest fully covered arena in Western North Carolina that is 200′ long and 125′ wide.  Both arenas are equipped with a full course of show quality jumps and are maintained weekly. For family and friends we have an upstairs observation lounge, where you can watch your child in a cozy atmosphere during those cold winter months. Cane Creek Farm does have access to privately owned trails that go throughout the mountains behind the barn. All trails are well maintained by the owner and no motor vehicles are allowed on them.
