Our “Rustic Ossabox” is a meat box filled with a delicious variety of frozen cuts. With a retail value of $160, each box is now available for just $120. For a limited time only! Come to the farm or order yours by April 11, 2026—the same day as our local square dance and community celebration!!
A box changes based on availability. A box may include the following variety:

- 2 lbs Ossabaw Bacon
- 4 lbs Breakfast Sausage (Customize by choosing Hot or Mild and then Links or Bulk Sausage)

Direct to Consumer: Dressed Pig for Pickin’
- A hog (hot carcass weight) 100lb and up is $4.50/lb, less than 100lb is $5.00/lb
- Ossabaw Island Hog is $5.00/lb
- There may be an additional fee for transportation and/or delivery
Pig Pickin’ Notes:
A carcass weight (dressed) is roughly 70% of it’s “on hoof” weight (live weight).
Example: A 150lb (on hoof) pig would be a 105lb carcass. This would be enough for 50-60 people for a bbq party, or 80-100 people if there were other things on the menu and the pig was just for tasting. We do not offer suckling pigs.
Please email us to order your hog, canecreekfarm@gmail.com. Please put “whole hog order” in the subject line. We can typically accommodate any size pig (above 75lbs) with 3 weeks notice. If you do not receive confirmation 2 weeks in advance of your date, please reach out.
Left Bank Butchery in Saxapahaw exclusively uses Cane Creek Farm pork and produces a great variety of sausages, and cured or cooked products that are available to order online and in-store.
LAMB
Cane Creek Farm hosts a small heard of rotational grazing sheep to maintain our beautiful grass pastures. They are sweet friends and popular with farm guests.

POULTRY
Our chickens and turkeys are all heritage breed and free-range. We do not regularly have cut-ups, most birds are sold whole. Turkeys roast fast and uniformly with dark meat and sublime flavor. Some of our chickens are well suited for roasting, especially cooked at a high heat with basting. But they are also always excellent for any kind of braising soup or stew preparation. We offer a choice of older stew hens and young, tender roosters.

EGGS
Our chicken eggs are from heirloom chickens and are a variety of colors and sizes, all with bright yellow yolks. All our chickens are free-range and follow happily behind our other rotating herds.
