Left Bank Butchery is located in Saxapahaw’s former textile mill where they serve our delicious and sustainable pork to the local community. Former Cane Creek Farm employee, Ross Flynn opened the butcher shop on the foundations of supporting local agriculture, providing healthy food for the community and educating and engaging their customers in the many aspects of sustainable farming and whole animal butchery.
